Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan introduced essentially the most sweeping management overhaul of his 12-year tenure atop the large monetary establishment.
In a memo distributed to workers on Friday, Moynihan named a new chief monetary officer, technology head, basic counsel and chief administrative officer. The agency’s management staff added 5 new members, he mentioned.
“These modifications place the corporate with extremely energized leaders who’re dedicated to driving Responsible Growth via its second decade – delivering for our purchasers, communities and shareholders, and addressing main societal points,” Moynihan mentioned in the memo. “As I shared with our board of administrators, it would proceed to be my privilege to serve with them as CEO as we drive accountable development via its second decade.”
